The The Dr. Ruth Joyce Colbert Barnes Foundation, Inc. (RJCBF) and the Oklahoma Sovereign Arts Foundation (OSAF) in a joint effort with The Colbert Institute Health and Wellness Center (CIHW) will conduct the first event of the “Hats off to Life” Health and Wellness Summit tour. 

The Summit’s distinguished speakers will include Dr. Ruth Joyce Colbert Barnes, Medical Research Scientist, who will discuss Hypertension/Metabolic Syndrome and Relaxation Meditation; Mrs. Paula McDade, Entrepreneur/Motivational Speaker, who will discuss Depression; and Celebrity Fitness Expert, Basheerah Ahmad.

The Summit will promote Living Your Best Life and include engaging, knowledgeable panelists who will discuss the following topics:
