The Oklahoma Sovereign Arts Foundation is committed to enhancing cultural vitality eliminating the achievement gap while promoting and providing innovative essential arts programming. We aim to change the fabric of our community with Four key initiatives: Access, Achievement, Activity, Sustainability.

• Access-Providing a diverse set of students equal access to progressive art studies while providing core curriculum, improving leadership cognitive skills, creative and critical thinking skills and overall personal self worth.
• Achievement- Scholastic achievement should be both nurtured and recognized. We will provide scholarships to help youth advance their talents in the area of Visual, Performing and Literary Arts.
• Activity-Sponsor art based events, film festivals, exhibitions, retrospectives, literary, theater and dance workshops. Supporting both local artistic talents to enhance cultural, social and economic value to our community.
• Sustainability - Our plan to erect a multi-use Visual and performing arts center in Central Oklahoma will provide Sustainability to an area in need of economic revitalization; generating new investments and economic activity. The center will serve as a valuable civic resource, providing arts education, creative diversity, and opportunity for cultural expression and awareness.
